Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Department: Facilities and Maintenance 

Location: Auburn, CA

Description: Under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities & Maintenance, the Facilities & Maintenance (F&M) Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day maintenance and repair of all UAIC buildings and grounds. The F&M Manager oversees the plumbing repairs, light electrical repairs, overhead lighting repairs, office furniture repairs, drywall repairs, painting, flooring repairs, light HVAC repairs, grounds work, and other disciplines as needed. The F&M Manager provides leadership and management to the F&M Technicians. School Administrative Assistant

Department: Education

Location: Loomis, CA

Description: The School Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and performs a variety of administrative and secretarial functions. The Administrative Assistant must routinely use tact, and good judgment while communicating with internal and external contacts, offices, and organizations. Director of I.T.

Department: IT

Location: Auburn, CA

Description: The Director of Information Technology works under the Tribal Administrator’s supervision and is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing IT functions for the UAIC Tribal government. This includes directing IT operations, supporting, and maintaining existing applications, and developing new technical solutions. Teacher’s Assistant

Department: Education

Travel Representative

Department: Tribal Programs

Location: Auburn, CA

Description: The Travel Representative is responsible for a variety of complex logistical, secretarial, administrative, and clerical duties to support the Travel department and the travel needs of UAIC Tribal members and UAIC government employees. This includes making domestic and international travel arrangements from start to finish while providing superior service and a high level of support with their travel needs. Director of Human Resources

Department: Human Resources

Location: Auburn, CA

Description: Under the supervision of the Tribal Administrator, the Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function, including spearheading the development and implementation of HR and Benefits policies and procedures, participating in the research and evaluation of potential HR and Benefits projects and initiatives, and preparing and tracking HR and Benefits budgets for the entire UAIC organization.
