Facilities & Maintenance Technician II
Department: Facilities & Maintenance
Location: Auburn, CA
Description:
Under the general supervision of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, the F&M Technician II performs proactive and reactive repairs and maintenance to buildings and grounds, including but not limited to, plumbing repairs, light electrical repairs, overhead lighting repairs, office furniture repairs, drywall repairs, painting, flooring repairs, light HVAC repairs, grounds work and other disciplines as needed. The F&M Technician II must exercise good judgment and be able to operate a full range of tools and mechanical equipment related to the performance of the job.
Community Education Administrative Assistant

Description:
Under the general supervision of the Community Education Support and Success Manager, the Community Education Administrative Assistant performs complex and varied administrative and clerical duties to support the education and enrichment services to Tribal members of UAIC. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records on how enrichment programs, support services, and scholarship funds are used, and assists the Manager in efforts to promote and increase participation in programs available to Tribal and benefited members. Tact and good judgment are routine requirements in communicating with internal and external contacts, offices, Tribal Members, and organizations. The Administrative Assistant is required to exercise independent judgment and initiative in resolving issues.

Description: The Licensing Assistant supports the licensing function of the UAIC Tribal Gaming Agency, in accordance with tribal and federal regulations, the Tribal-State compact, and the licensing policies & procedures adopted by the UAIC Tribal Gaming Agency.
Learning Differences Analyst
Department: Community Education

Description:The Learning Differences Analyst supports the educational pathways of UAIC Tribal Members. This position helps advocate for appropriate development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, and Student Support Plans for any members not currently in the UAIC Tribal School and works with Tribal Members by monitoring and managing their academic affairs and learning support needs; providing academic support, homeschool support, and educational resources; and exploring various uses of their benefits under UAIC’s Tribal Educational Programs
Case Worker II – Women’s Support Counselor

Description:
Under the Direction of the Community Services Director the Case Worker II – Women’s Support Counselor works with a multi-disciplinary team to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed support to Tribal Members, with a special focus on women who are impacted by domestic violence and substance use. This role integrates healing practices with evidence-based counseling to promote safety, prevention, and wellness in the community.
The position requires strong community engagement and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women, including intergenerational trauma. The Women’s Support Counselor must apply culturally relevant trauma recovery practices that align with Native American traditions. The Women’s Support Counselor is also responsible for facilitating training sessions for community members, professionals, and staff, focusing on domestic violence, substance use, and culturally relevant trauma recovery practices. The Women’s Support Counselor needs to exhibit tact, poise, and good judgment when communicating with internal and external contacts, offices, and organizations, and exercise independent judgment and initiative in resolving issues to ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
Culinary Services Manager

Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of General Services, the Culinary Services Manager is responsible for enhancing meal quality, strengthening community engagement, and overseeing catering operations. This role actively gathers, analyzes, and incorporates feedback to ensure meals reflect cultural preferences, dietary needs, seasonal ingredients, and makes ongoing adjustments to improve service and satisfaction.
The Culinary Services Manager leads the planning and execution of catering, supports ingredient sourcing, and promotes education around food quality and sustainability. This position also provides leadership and training to the food and beverage staff, fostering innovation in menu development. Strong collaboration with the Executive Chef, Director of General Services, and other departments are essential to maintaining high service standards and driving continuous improvement aligned with the Tribal Community.
